The Road to 2028 Youth Career Academy is an 8-week program exploring careers in hospitality,event management, communications, entrepreneurship, and technology. It is specifically designed to introduce students  to the foundational principles of leadership and professionalism in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment. The curriculum focuses on developing core social-emotional skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy. Through interactive activities like group projects, role-playing scenarios, and community service challenges, students learn how to articulate their ideas, listen respectfully to others, manage conflicts constructively, and take initiative within their peer groups. The program culminates in a "Youth Career Project" where students collaboratively plan and execute a small project benefiting their school or local area, giving them tangible experience in leading from where they are and understanding the positive difference they can make.
