future leaders

Characteristics of a good leader

The Future Leaders Program is specifically designed to introduce students  to the foundational principles of leadership in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment. The curriculum focuses on developing core social-emotional skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy. Through interactive activities like group projects, role-playing scenarios, and community service challenges, students learn how to articulate their ideas, listen respectfully to others, manage conflicts constructively, and take initiative within their peer groups. The program culminates in a "Community Impact Project" where students collaboratively plan and execute a small project benefiting their school or local area, giving them tangible experience in leading from where they are and understanding the positive difference they can make.
